Trust & Governance

We operate with a simple rule: Absolute Integrity. Here is how we ensure every decision is fair, verified, and conflict-free.

Decision Making

We don't have a single decision maker. Every grant application goes through a democratic voting process by our board and rotating community advisors.

  • Majority Vote Required: At least 60% approval needed for funding.
  • Blind Review: Initial screening is done without seeing organization names to reduce bias.
  • Record Keeping: All votes and rationales are permanently recorded internally.

The Verification Process

Before a dollar is sent, every NGO undergoes a 3-step check.

1. Identity & Legal

We verify government registration documents, tax status, and the identity of key directors against international databases.

2. Financial Review

We review the last 12 months of bank statements or audited financials to ensure fiscal responsibility and solvency.

3. Reference Checks

We speak directly to previous donors, partners, or community leaders who can vouch for the organization's work on the ground.

Core Policies

Conflict of Interest

If any board member or staff has a personal or financial relationship with an applicant, they must recuse themselves from the review and voting process entirely. Failure to disclose is grounds for immediate dismissal.

Zero-Fraud Policy

We have zero tolerance for misuse of funds. If we detect fraud, we immediately halt funding, demand repayment, and alert relevant authorities. We conduct random spot-checks on grantees.

Privacy Promise

We respect the privacy of our applicants. We never sell data. Sensitive documents (bank statements, IDs) are encrypted and only accessible to the verification team during the active review period.
